Hello everyone, our group wants to share to all of you about one of the most serious problem among Malaysians which is called corruption. Every year we can hear or read in the newspaper about corruption problem which is happen seriously in our country. So, in this blog, we want to share or to tell details about corruption. Firs, we want to answer the question ‘what is corruption?’. In dictionary, he word is defined as dishonest or illegal behavior especially of people in authority. For me, corruption is very serious problem and its include facilitations payments, where bribe receiver is required to do by law, constitute the former. On the other hand, corruption is a bribe paid to obtain services the bribe receiver is prohibited from providing. In our country, corruption issues always happen between some of government people and some of the contractor if they want the big project which is value for million dollars sometimes they give the people who arrange the project bribe to get the project quickly. Furthermore, corruption is a complex social, political and economic phenomenon that affects all countries. The United Nations Convention Against Corruption ( UNCAC) is the first legally binding, international anti – corruption instrument. Beside that, Kofi Annan, he United Nations Secretary General said in his statement on the adoption by the General Assembly of the United Nations Convention against corruption:
“ corruption hurts the poor disproportionately by diverting funds intended for
development, undermining a government’s ability to provide basic services,
feeding in equality and injustice, and discouraging foreign investment and aid”

That are very clearly about your explanation of the corruption.
I very agree that it's a serious problem in our country. In order to reduce this problem, can you give some suggestion about how can prevent this problem occur?

Hi..Thanks for your explanation and i totally agree the corruption has arguably become the most
challenging obstacle expecially to economic development. So how to fighting the corruption? Who will play the important role in curting the corruption?

Yes,i agree with your information.Corruption is very seriuosly in our country.Every day,we can read and hear about corruption.Corruption will bad effect in country if not barricade or not enforce.
